Oregon Culinary was founded on a simple idea: that a great culinary arts education must be complete, practical, affordable, and give its graduates the best possible foundation for a life in the food service industry. Oregon Culinary Institute is owned and operated by Pioneer Pacific College, a highly focused private career college offering diploma, associate, and bachelor's degree programs in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology and Legal. Pioneer Pacific College has been a regional leader in career education since 1981.

Oregon Culinary students spend the majority of their time in the kitchen labs with personalized attention from the chef instructors.
Earn your Diploma or Associate of Applied Science Degree in less than 18 months!
At Oregon Culinary Institute, you could earn a diploma in just 34 weeks: 24 weeks in our kitchens and classrooms, and 360 hours in an on-the-job externship. To earn your Associate of Applied Science degree the first 34 weeks are the same as the diploma program and the next 30 weeks are spent taking Business and General Education courses. So, you can earn your AAS degree in just 64 weeks!

And it's a program designed to fit your life. We begin a new four-term curriculum every 8 weeks so you can choose when to start. Classes are offered at convenient times allowing you to fit Oregon Culinary into your busy schedule.
