Step 1: Applying for Admission

Enrollment is limited, so to claim a space in the next term we urge you to apply for admission as soon as possible. Call the admissions office at 503-961-6200 or toll-free at 1-888-OCI-CHEF to begin the application process. You can also apply online.

Step 2: Initial Visit

We want to get to know you better and let you get to know us. To that end, we invite you to visit the campus, take a tour of the facilities and talk with an admissions representative about your interests, goals and motivation to pursue a career education.

This also gives you the opportunity to learn more about the college, and to ask questions about the curriculum and the culinary arts industry. If you and the admissions representative feel certain that Oregon Culinary Institute is the right choice, the admissions representative will help you with the application process. Once application is complete, we'll invite you to meet with a financial aid officer.

Step 3: Acceptance Interview

Once you complete the application process and your application has been reviewed, an interview is scheduled. At this meeting, we notify you of your acceptance status. If you are accepted to Oregon Culinary Institute, we will confirm a start date. You are now officially a student of Oregon Culinary Institute.
