Oregon Culinary Institute Hosts
Benefit
for Medical Teams International

To
celebrate the opening of their dining room, the Oregon Culinary
Institute will host an evening of food, fun and fundraising on
March 22, 2007. Oregon Culinary Institute, a division of Pioneer
Pacific College, is offering an evening filled with cooking demonstrations,
hors d'oeuvres, and beer and wine followed by a special five-course
dinner paired with Northwest Wines. Tickets to this event are
$100 per person. All proceeds will be donated to Medical Teams
International (formerly Northwest Medical Teams) to aid their
efforts worldwide in disaster relief, care for victims of conflict,
and combating poverty and disease. To make your reservations

Oregon Culinary Institute's restaurant has been open for lunch
since September 2006 and for dinner since February 28, 2007. Lunch
and dinner are served Monday through Thursday and reservations
are suggested. Lunch is priced at $9.00 for a four course meal
and dinner is priced at just $14 for a four course meal. All meals
prepared at Oregon Culinary Institute feature Northwest Cuisine
