The star of this show really needs no introduction. This class will explore the decadent world of chocolate beyond mere candy bars. Students will learn to how to properly temper chocolate to make molded chocolate candies. They also will learn the secret to making ganache, which is the key to wonderful truffles, dipped strawberries, and more.
