Success of graduates in the workplace is the primary reason most students select a private career college. GRADUATE JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
We maintain a working relationship with employers who hire Oregon Culinary Institute graduates on a regular and consistent basis. We also maintain a database of employers who have expressed an interest in hiring our graduates, or who might be potential employers. From these contacts we work with company and agency recruiters to facilitate interviews for graduates. We are available to provide job search assistance for temporary, part-time, and full-time jobs. We can assist you with setting or revising job search and career goals, locating opportunities and finding additional sources of job leads, and de-briefing of employment interviews.

PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE
It is important to set career goals, identify job opportunities, network, establish job search and interview techniques, learn to write resumes and cover letters, maintain a professional appearance, and learn about post-interview follow-up. We can help you in these areas as well.

IN-SCHOOL JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE Students interested in part-time employment while attending school are encouraged to contact the Career Services Department. The department maintains listings of employers who frequently seek college students for part-time employment.
