You love the restaurant world, but you may not be the most comfortable in the kitchen. Or maybe you’re a people person with a knack for leadership and/or numbers, and you aspire to run or even own your own restaurant. Then this is the program for you.

From food and beverage, to marketing and, yes, even culinary skills, you will experience what goes on in the front of the house, the back of the house and behind the scenes. You also will have the opportunity to put it all into practice in OCI’s own student-run fine-dining restaurant before embarking on a professional externship.

Restaurant Management Associate of Applied Science Degree (AAS)
