Oregon Culinary Institute invites you to experience fine-dining in our open to the public restaurant. Our culinary students, lead by experienced chef instructors, artfully prepare four-course meals using seasonal and sustainable produce, meats and cheeses -- partnering with many local farms and dairies to provide as many Northwest products as possible, and our baking and pastry students create wonderful breads and decadent desserts.

Lunch and dinner are served most Mondays through Fridays 12:00 noon and 7:00 PM respectively. The menus change occasionally so that we can always offer the freshest, local ingredients. Reservations are suggested as we sometimes close for student training.  Please visit us soon!  For reservations call 503-961-6200 from 9:00-6:00pm.
