Oregon Culinary Institute invites you to experience fine-dining in our open to the public restaurant. Our culinary students, lead by experienced chef instructors, artfully prepare four-course meals using seasonal and sustainable produce, meats and cheeses -- partnering with many local farms and dairies to provide as many Northwest products as possible.

Lunch and Dinner are served most Mondays through Thursdays at 12:00 noon and 7:00 PM respectively. The prix fixe menu changes every 10 weeks. Reservations are suggested, we hope to see you soon!
