Graduation from OCI

It doesn’t get any better than graduation day at Oregon Culinary Institute.

“I think the thing that was surprising to me, especially coming in from the industry, I didn’t really want to commit to nine months, and now I just can’t believe it’s over. This is so much fun. I don’t want to leave.” – Erin Grimes, OCI Graduate Culinary Arts, Class of 2009
