Oregon Culinary Institute features a full range of cooking classes in different formats and levels, all of which are taught by our experienced Chef Instructors who teach the professional program. All classes are "hands-on" - you'll be busy slicing, dicing, stirring, mixing, tasting. And whatever the class, the emphasis will be on technique: classic, proven methods that form the foundation of all cooking and baking, regardless of ingredients or ethnic origin.
