OCI graduation ceremonies are held twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall.
The upcoming graduation dates are:
Saturday, April 9th, 2016 – Ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m.
Saturday, October 22nd, 2016 – Ceremony begins at 10:00 a.m.

Graduate arrival: 9:15-9:30 am. Please check in with Student Services upon arrival. Guests may be seated at this time.
All students participating in the ceremony are required to wear clean, pressed chef coats over dresses or slacks. OCI CHEF COATS ARE REQUIRED TO WALK IN THE CEREMONY. No shorts, jeans or bare feet will be allowed.
Each graduate may invite up to five guests. Included in your graduation packet are five invitations, five announcement cards, and five envelopes for those guests. Also included are five extra announcement cards and envelopes for people who you’re not inviting but you would like to notify of your accomplishment.
Family photographers are welcome.
Diploma “placeholders” will be handed out at the ceremony. Actual diplomas
are mailed separately, after all class and grading requirements are complete.
