Chef Vitaly Payley (Winner, Iron Chef America) has high praises for the OCI staff and environment, saying "I trained some of their teachers in my restaurants, and in turn they train with the same vigilance they were trained with. Their instructors are awesome chefs who know how to put good food on a plate. I can't say enough good things about their staff."
