Oregon Culinary Institute is located in the center of the culinary mecca of Portland, Oregon, and we embrace and teach Portland’s farm-to-table food philosophy. We also strive to maintain a comfortable, inviting campus – one our students don’t think twice about calling “home.”
At the heart of our campus is our student-operated fine-dining restaurant, where we serve lunch and dinner to up to 50 guests per seating each weekday. The restaurant building also houses our instructional kitchens, computer labs and student lounge. Our admissions building and an administration building round out the campus.
